She's softened over the moons, and is immensely protective and honest. Spiceheart is the first one to offer her opinion on a matter, and often grates on other's nerves due to never not-being-pregnant. She's a very skilled mother however, and often considers herself the "Queen of Queens" || Phobias || Raising her children alone, losing her children || Likes || Rodents, the sky, blue || Dislikes || Snobbery || Talents & Skills || Spiceheart is a horrendous hunter, she truly is terrible. She also cannot fight. Instead, she contributes to the clan by being the resident mother, and is known for not only raising kits of her own but butting in and helping new queens with their kits as well. She is however, beyond respectful and knows the boundaries. || History || Originally a kittypet, Spiceheart fell in love with a tom named Soot who told her stories of adventures and travel. After she became pregnant, her twoleg owners threw her out, and Soot vanished. (Unknowningly to her he was looking for a new home for them). Angry, she survived on her own as Soot never came back and lost one of her kits in a harsh leaf-bare. She later met Aurorawing while hunting on ShadowClan territory, and was allowed to take one piece of prey. Curious of these clans, she returned later and met Winterstar, the deputy at the time, and was allowed into the clan with her two sons. Pipin shortly died thereafter before they'd officially joined. Spiceheart was made a queen of ShadowClan immediately after it was taken over at the start of the Dark Era. She raised her son, and grew quite close to Moleclaw, but it wasn't until after the Dark Era that they became mates. At a point in the Dark Era, she grew sick and was close to dying if not for her son's efforts to conceal and heal her. Later, she recovered but not before he was found out. She killed Aurorawing's murderer when she saved Spiceheart's life in the Final Battle of ShadowClan, at the end of the Dark Era. She'd befriended only Aurorawing, Winterstar and Moleclaw and Volefury (whom was dead at this point) and was quite shaken at the lost. Later, Spiceheart became pregnant with kits, but Moleclaw was presumed dead after a tunnel collapse, leaving her alone with children again. She had their three kits (Aurorapaw, Shrewpaw, Volepaw) before his return. Due to his age, Moleclaw wasn't around as much as Spiceheart would have liked but she stayed loyal to him for the remainder of her life. Burdockclaw was a tremendous aid in raising her second litter, and after their apprenticeship once more Spiceheart remained in the nursery. Shortly before the border patrol battle that would lead to ShadowClan being taken over in the second Evil Era, Spiceheart went to meet with Moleclaw in the forest. Much to her horror, Moleclaw revealed his true nature to her, and killed her. Her body was discovered by Burdockclaw, who managed to deduce Moleclaw was involved as he knew of the meeting and avenged his mother by killing his step-father. |
